EverythingBenefits Blog
Our Company

EverythingBenefits established its Client Advisory Board ("CAB") in March of 2020. The EverythingBenefits' CAB consists of a select group of industry leaders representing EverythingBenefits clients and partner ecosystem. The long-term benefits and HR experts came together to share their insights, strategies, and feedback that help influence our product innovation and implementation. The objective of the Client Advisory Board is to guide EverythingBenefits' product strategy and address shared industry challenges in the Benefits Technology Industry. The CAB will expand and formalize the already existing culture with our clients, listening to feedback and suggestions to build a more seamless, user-friendly experience with our solutions. We are excited to continue work on our mission of transforming the benefits experience through various AI-powered and end-to-end benefits management solutions.

During our first meeting, we discussed the following themes:
  • Presenting benefit offerings that speak to the multi-generational needs of employees - some of these ideas were later reflected in our blog Employee Benefits: Bridge the Gap in Your workplace” from our 3-part series also covered in Forbes.
  • Changing the relationship with wellness benefits - expanding the range of benefits within the wellness spectrum by coming up with new offerings - everything from FitBit, online yoga, to mental health.
  • Delivery of benefits experience - Incorporating simple and fast-decision benefits enrollment through a mobile experience and driving buying decisions with employers.
  • Providing sufficient benefits without overwhelming the constituents - formulating a perfect recipe for benefits offering to stay competitive across a wide needs spectrum.
  • Post COVID-19 - including new benefits for working parents that focus on mental benefits, educational benefits, and benefits for children.

The Client Advisory Board will meet in person once a year, during SHRM conference, along with three quarterly virtual meetings to present feedback on the development of EverythingBenefits' solutions, customer service, and potential opportunities.
