On September 7th, our team volunteered at the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter in New Jersey for their Annual Service Day.
When we arrived at the shelter, we were split into groups to do different tasks including assembling new dog and cat beds, cleaning cages and carriers and mopping floors. The best part was getting the tour of the shelter so we could see all the animals and playing with them after.

"The amount of work that goes into running a shelter was eye-opening. I was honored to be able to help take a small load off the workers shoulders, who have committed themselves to helping these amazing animals." Kevin R.
