Client Success Team - Resource Coordinator

On a daily basis you will need to be able to:

  • Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools and best practices to process back end work that directly supports our client success and implementation teams
  • Apply problem-solving, troubleshooting and data management skills
  • Take ownership over your work and have attention to detail
  • Communicate with team members on items needing urgent completion

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and follow up skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be proficient with, and adopter of new technologies
  • Takes ownership and proactively addresses challenges and opportunities
  • Creative and fun loving team player
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1- 3 years in an administrative role or doing similar work preferred
  • Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Open to full time or part time resources
