We’re looking to expand our dynamic, hard-working, innovative, and fast-paced team of professionals to support the accelerated growth of our company. We have an immediate need for a Sr. Operations and CRM Manager to join our sales and business development team. 

Initial Focus:
The Sr. Operations and CRM manager role will lead an initial team of two. With focus initially on driving EverythingBenefits' growth through implementation of a CRM system (Salesforce). Working closely with the sales team and Chief Revenue Officer, this candidate will build on removing friction from our sales process, enhance and expand the quality of our data, as well as build and automate the necessary KPI’s and dashboards required to run the business. In accordance with these functions, this candidate will also be required to drive better process, regulation, and enablement of our indirect channel team and contract management with our customers including pricing and proposal generation. Your success will be measured by following and completing projects on time and within budget under the sales operations, as defined quarterly by the CRO.

Future Development:
Future focus areas for this role could include supporting the CRO, in other channel activities, the building of a partner portal, sales tools selection, training and deployments.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• 3+ years’ experience working as an administrator in a Salesforce Sales Cloud instance with a least 40 users
• Fluent English language communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of designing and delivering Salesforce training
• Great level of both communication and delivery in previous Salesforce roles
• Strong background in developing and creating dashboards in a Salesforce environment
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organization
• Some responsibilities in the success of managing others
• Focus on driving measurable results
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Able to work collaboratively and partner successfully with our product teams and management
• Strong team player who is passionate, quality driven, technology savvy and self-motivated

Required Experience:
4 to 6 years of experience including in management consulting and the software industry

Required Skills:
• Experienced in first-time implantation of SalesForce.com (preferred knowledge of Hubspot as well)
• BS/BA degree required
• 3+ years working with Salesforce
• Hands-on Apex, and Visualforce and Form Assembly
• Experience troubleshooting and architecting Salesforce applications
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Some declarative development experience preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Related field
• Highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
