This Enterprise Sales role will focus initially on driving EverythingBenefits’ growth through helping to establish new
commercial relationships with top insurance and benefits carriers as well as regional healthcare systems. As part of the
sales team in this role you will be working directly with the CEO and Chair of the company. You will also work cross-
functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams, to help in the execution of this go-to-market strategy
to drive bookings, revenue, and adoption for EverythingBenefits’ technology.
This position involves establishing a new line of business through the pursuit of targeted enterprise-level accounts and
managing the sales process through successful contract execution. Performance will be measured through achievement
of sales quota and other company-define milestones.
Future focus areas for this role could include supporting the CRO, in other channel activities and strategic projects.
BS/BA degree required.
6 to 8 years of experience with enterprise selling in the areas of management consulting, SaaS and/or professional services.
Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplified frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making and action.
Proficient at leveraging analytics, data and related business insights to course correct go-to-market strategy.
Results oriented with a strong ability to create high quality meetings while building a healthy sales pipeline for executive-level selling.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
Experience with B2B subscription software businesses a plus.
Experience in marketing to insurance / benefits carriers and healthcare systems preferred but not required.
