Note: This Supplemental Notice does not apply to information we have about you if you are an agent, employee, contractor, former employee, or beneficiary of an employee or former employee of one of our customers. If you fall into one of those categories and have questions about your rights under the CCPA, please contact your employer or former employer.

This Supplemental Notice provides the information required under The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and applies to both EverythingBenefits’ online and offline activities. We collect Personal Information identifiers from you when you visit our website and provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name, or other details to subscribe to a newsletter; fill out a form; gain access to a publication, good, or service; enter a contest; or enter other information on our site. Our website also uses cookies, which enable us to recognize your browser and to remember certain information. Collecting these identifiers enables us to respond to your customer service requests, send periodic emails regarding products and services, and improve our services.

We collect and disclose this Personal Information to service providers, other third parties, and our corporate affiliates, only as necessary or appropriate to respond to your request, perform our legitimate business activities, and comply with laws and regulations. • Right to Notice. Before or at the point we collect your Personal Information, you have the right to receive notice about the categories of Personal Information to be collected and the purposes for which we use it. This Supplemental Notice is intended to satisfy this requirement. You also have the right to request that we disclose to you the categories of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.
• Right of Access. You have the right to request that we disclose or provide you with access to the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.
• Right to Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we collect from you. However, in certain situations we are not required to delete your Personal Information, including when the information is necessary to complete the transaction, to comply with a legal obligation, or to otherwise use your Personal Information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
• Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information. EverythingBenefits does not sell your Personal Information. EverythingBenefits does not sell the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age.
• Right Not to Be Subject to Discrimination. You have the right to be free from discrimination or retaliation for exercising your rights under the CCPA as described above.

Because we value the security and confidentiality of your Personal Information, if you exercise your right to notice, right of access, or right to deletion, we must verify your identify to make sure that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Information. You may authorize someone else to submit these requests on your behalf, but we will still have to verify your identity and relationship with the person who submitted your request.
