According to Glassdoor’s recent survey, nearly 80% of employees (and 90% of millennials) reported that employee benefits are major factor in considering a job offer.  Knowing these statistics, employers everywhere are implementing new, practical and innovative perks to attract and retain their employees. But what kind of perks do YOU wish for? Perhaps, you wish for free laundry service? Pizza-fridays? Well-stocked pantry? We would love to know! Send us your dream perk ideas for a chance to win awesome prizes. 


To enter, simply tell us, what employee benefit do you wish for and why in three sentences or less by September 30, 2018. Your submission should fall into one or more categories listed below. You can submit as any many entries as you would like but please limit to ONE idea per entry. See rules below for more details.

Submit as many entries as you wish, but please limit to one idea per entry. Your entry must include:
  • Your name or pen name
  • E-mail address (your e-mail address will not be published)
  • The state you reside in
  • Your submission: What employee benefit do you wish for AND why?

Deadline to enter is September 30, 2018. Winners will be selected by EverythingBenefits Team and announced by email on October 16, 2018. Select entries will be featured with initials and state. EverythingBenefits is not responsible for lost submissions. In case of duplicate or similar submissions, we will select the entry submitted first. Your e-mail will be used to communicate contest information and occasional company updates. This contest is open to US residents ages 18 and older (if you work for EverythingBenefits, you already get those perks and not eligible).
