Self-insured employers can now automatically generate and process carrier invoices
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ–February 5, 2019–EverythingBenefits, a provider of comprehensive, next-generation benefits technology solutions and services, announced today the launch of its new Billing Consolidation and Payments Solution. The latest solution from the platform is designed to give employers the ability to generate, manage, and process consolidated carrier invoices.
The solution provides a seamless user experience to the self-insured, cutting back on admin hours by automatically generating and processing carrier invoices across configurable lineup of plans, locations, and business units.
“EverythingBenefits is developing solutions that empower employers to take charge and optimize core aspects of their benefits management,” said Joseph Bosotina, Vice President of Strategic Markets at EverythingBenefits. “Our goal is to provide employers with intuitive, automated tools tailored to their business models that help eliminate stress for employees.”
The purpose of the solution is to simplify tedious billing tasks with the assistance of five key features:
Consolidated Billing: Combines generated invoices across multiple product lines, time periods, business units, and locales based on the clients’ need.
Benefits Adjustments Engine: Gives employers the ability to incorporate adjustments to invoices post-factum, based on a number of business scenarios. For example, should an employee be terminated mid-month when the invoice was already created, it is now possible to generate the next invoice with the premium adjustment reflecting this event.
Analytics Suite: Leverages EverythingBenefits’ powerful built-in analytics suite to drive business insights for better decisions based on benefits utilization trends.
Payments: Generates invoices that may be dispatched to both internal or external recipients and payments are automatically processed and applied.
Communications Framework: Built-in communications framework that keeps critical stakeholders in the loop and drives automated communications with integrated accounting, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other third party systems.
“We’re continuing to expand our benefits solution portfolio to address the growing needs of our clients,” said Rachel Lyubovitzky, CEO of EverythingBenefits. “Our technology brings employers and employees together for a more meaningful benefits experience.”
